The Fiixx Foundation Donates Life-Saving Ambulance To Paraguay

Palm Beach, Florida, February 4, 2026 : South Florida based The Fiixx Foundation a global nonprofit organization founded by actor and producer Bruce Soscia Sr. dedicated to advancing high-impact humanitarian initiatives, is growing its international reach through a recent donation of a life-saving ambulance to the Republic of Paraguay, sparking the beginning of its next phase building global connections.

In partnership with Jason Hersh, Co-Founder of The Hero Foundation, The Fiixx Foundation supported the acquisition, coordination, and international transport of a fully equipped ambulance from Chester, Pennsylvania to Salto del Guairá, Paraguay, as well as provided strategic leadership, logistical coordination, and financial assistance for shipping and transport that ensured the successful delivery.

This humanitarian initiative was formally recognized under an official Sister City Agreement between Chester, Pennsylvania and Salto del Guairá, Paraguay, endorsed by the Paraguayan Ambassador to the United States. The agreement was executed during the USA vs. Paraguay international soccer match and attended by senior dignitaries including the Congressional President of Paraguay, council members, consular officials, and U.S.–Paraguay diplomatic representatives.

Hersh added, "This ambulance donation represents the beginning of a broader commitment to expand emergency medical services in regions with significant unmet needs. We believe access to life-saving care should not be determined by geography, and we look forward to continuing this important work."
