Light of Life Trust to List on BSE Social Stock Exchange

4th August 2026, India: Light of Life Trust (LOLT), a nationally acclaimed not-for-profit organisation working to break the intergenerational cycle of poverty through education, healthcare, livelihood opportunities and environment conservation, is set to launch its Zero Coupon Zero Principal (ZCZP) Bond Issue on the BSE Social Stock Exchange (SSE). The issue, valued at ₹1.27 crore, will comprise ZCZP instruments with a face value of ₹1,000 each, with a minimum application of one instrument and multiples thereof. The issue will open on 10 August 2026 and will close on 21 August 2026.

Through the ZCZP Bond Issue, investors and institutions will have an opportunity to contribute towards a structured, regulated and transparent social impact initiative focused on enabling children from economically underserved communities to access and complete their education.

Speaking about the initiative, Villy Doctor, Founder, Light of Life Trust, said, "Education is one of the most powerful tools to break the cycle of intergenerational poverty. Through our Social Stock Exchange initiative, we aim to create a transparent and structured pathway for individuals, institutions and organisations to contribute towards the education of children who may otherwise be denied the opportunity to complete their schooling.

Our objective is to ensure that these children receive the academic guidance, mentoring and holistic support needed to build a more secure and dignified future. We believe that investing in a child's education is an investment in the transformation of an entire generation."

Education remains at the core of LOLT's mission to break the intergenerational cycle of poverty. Division Anando, through its Vertical Anando, supports students from rural communities through academic assistance, life skills education, mentoring, career guidance and holistic development, enabling them to successfully complete their secondary education. Division Anando includes verticals, Anant, which nurtures the artistic abilities of children in rural communities through music and performing arts; the Anando School Empowerment

Programme (ASEP), which works with schools and teachers to strengthen the quality of education. Division Jagruti, an integrated community development initiative includes verticals focused on livelihood and skill development, healthcare and environmental conservation.
