India, 1st September 2026: VIBGYOR Group of Schools recently concluded its Annual Leadership Meet, bringing together school principals from across the country for a three-day gathering in Navi Mumbai. Themed "Navigating the Next Horizon: Charting the Course to 80+ Schools," the meet served as a platform to align the network's leadership around its next phase of growth and educational impact.

Spread across three days, the event featured a series of presentations from VIBGYOR's core teams, offering principals a comprehensive view of the strategic priorities shaping the network. The sessions were designed to encourage an open exchange of ideas, with school leaders sharing on-ground insights and best practices from their respective campuses to help shape the way forward.

The meet also featured four in-house panel discussions, each bringing together principals, functional heads and members of VIBGYOR's leadership team. The panels examined some of the most pressing questions facing the education industry today.

The panels revolved around the Future of Schooling and explored how learning environments must evolve to stay relevant; the Parents and Community panel looked at deepening engagement with the ecosystem around every school; Teachers of the Future Panel focused on building and sustaining a strong pool of educators; and the Business of Education Panel addressed the operational and financial discipline needed to scale sustainably.

Together, the panel discussion sessions offered a 360-degree view of VIBGYOR's priorities, drawing on both academic and functional perspectives to inform the road ahead.

Another highlight of the meet was the motivational session conducted by Brigadier Baleyada Muthanna Cariappa, who spoke about resilience, discipline and leading through adversity. Whereas, Indian Paralympian Deepa Malik also served a lesson in inspiration as she spoke of her shotput sporting journey which resonated deeply with an audience of educators shaping young minds every day.

Reflecting on the group's growth journey and the road ahead, Founder Chairman Rustom Kerawalla said, "As we set our sights on 80+ schools, our real ambition is not just scale, but the quality of the experience we create for every child and every family that places its trust in us. This meet has always been about bringing our leaders together to think, challenge, and chart that path collectively."

Vice Chairperson Kavita Kerawalla echoed this sentiment, emphasising the human side of VIBGYOR's mission. "Every principal in this room is at the frontline of building not just a school, but a community," she said. "Empowering our children means empowering the parents and teachers who walk alongside them and this gathering reaffirms our shared commitment to that journey."

The three-day meet concluded with renewed energy among VIBGYOR's leadership, as principals returned to their campuses equipped with fresh ideas and a shared vision for VIBGYOR's next chapter of growth.
