Felix Plaza Launches ‘Feathers of Freedom Campaign’ for Independence Day Celebration

Gurugram, August 11, 2026: Felix Plaza, Gurugram’s emerging retail and lifestyle destination, is celebrating Independence Day with ‘Feathers of Freedom’, a campaign centred on the spirit of freedom, community and celebration. Located in Sector 82A on National Highway 48, Felix Plaza has curated a series of experiences designed to enhance the visitor experience, bringing together art, entrepreneurship, family engagement and entertainment while creating engaging moments for visitors to come together and celebrate the occasion.

The celebrations began on 1 August with the unveiling of ‘Peacock of Pride’, a floral installation inspired by the Indian tricolour and the Ashoka Chakra. Designed as an interactive attraction and photo destination, the installation reflects the themes of pride and unity at the heart of the campaign and will remain on display at the mall atrium until 15 August.

Speaking about the campaign, Chirag Desai, Centre Head - Mall at Felix Plaza, said, “At Felix Plaza, we believe celebrations become more meaningful when they bring people together. Through ‘Feathers of Freedom’, we have brought together art, entrepreneurship, creativity and family experiences under one umbrella, connecting each experience to the spirit of freedom, pride, community and celebration. We aim to create a month-long celebration where visitors and families can participate, connect and create memorable moments together.”

As part of the Independence Day celebrations, Felix Plaza will host a women-led entrepreneurial showcase on 15 and 16 August in partnership with the Army Wives Welfare Association (AWWA). The showcase will feature 15 women-led brands across categories including home décor, sustainable fashion and organic skincare, along with dedicated AWWA stalls and discussions around entrepreneurship, financial literacy, mental well-being and holistic health.

The weekend will also feature a special children’s festival on 15 and 16 August, curated by Taabur in association with WonderLab. Designed for children aged 3–12 years, the festival will include DIY workshops, science experiments, live demonstrations, puppet shows and interactive activity zones, offering families an opportunity to engage, learn and celebrate together. Each participating child will also receive an Explorer Certificate.

Through ‘Feathers of Freedom’, Felix Plaza brings together a diverse calendar of experiences under one campaign, celebrating the values of freedom, pride and community while creating a vibrant Independence Month experience for visitors across Gurugram.
