Over the past few days, several users on social media have shared videos and photos of exclusive "Aamnivorous" kits they unexpectedly received from Instamart, a surprise reward for ordering an extraordinary number of mangoes this summer. The quirky kits include a bib, pimple patch, stickers and wet wipes, a note for the city's most obsessed mango fans.

Users shared unboxing videos and reaction reels across social media. The Aamnivorous kit is designed for the "Aam Paglus" of the season, because eating mangoes in India has never been graceful. It's sticky fingers, ruined T-shirts, questionable table manners, and absolute emotional commitment.

One LinkedIn user shared that she had simply ordered mangoes on Instamart but "ended up getting much more than just mangoes" after receiving a surprise Aamnivorous Kit.

Others joked that they'd expected a box of mangoes but received an entire experience instead.

Earlier this summer, the quick-commerce platform revealed that India's mango obsession kicks in well before Alphonso season peaks. While Sindhu emerged as the country's most-ordered mango variety and Bengaluru led overall consumption, Mumbai carved out its own story, with hundreds of users ordering mangoes by the crate rather than the kilo.

The surprise kits are the latest extension of Instamart's "Aam Paglu" campaign, a playful celebration of the annual ritual that sees Indians tracking mango arrivals, debating varieties, and squeezing every last bite out of the season before it disappears for another year.
