Jimmy Stepanian, the President and CEO of SAM since 2008 has been in the real estate debt industry since 2006. He managed the rapid rise of Summerlin Asset Management that has now corporate offices in California and Arizona and has contact marketing agents in 23 States. Jim Stepanian is currently spearheading the project for an Independent Living for older seniors in Lake Havasu City, Arizona


Joining the said project is Desert Land Group, a company established by two real estate, design and development professionals, Mychal Gorden and Luke Still. Both have a combined 30-year experience in the desert southwest and have complimentary skill sets that made them establish an extensive real estate service for clients since 2004.

The partnership blends the expertise of the two businesses to form an experience development team for the execution, development, ownership and operations of a new entity, Lake Havasu Independent Living,

Lake Havasu Independent Living will be built for seniors who are of age 55 and over. The facility will provide an all-inclusive package that includes food, utilities, fitness center, the bistro serving wine, beer, and food, media room, multi-purpose activities rooms, swimming pool, on-site activities director, and a proven senior living
operator.

Along with Summerlin Desert and Desert Land Group is a team of professionals with extensive experience in Senior Housing, Rees Associates. Rees offered advice on design and provided a bridge to Senior Housing experts that were essential in assembling a qualified team for this project.

The Civitas Senior Living, a team of senior living experts that provide all facets of senior living operations, will also be joining the said project. They have extensive experience in Assisted Living, Memory Care, and Independent Living.

Research analysts believed that this plan would continue to expand in the future. When seniors reach their full social security retirement age and milestones, most of them prefer to be relocated closer to their working families and grandchildren.
