Jimmy Stepanian joins with a veteran team to develop senior living complex in Lake Havasu City Arizona

Jimmy Stepanian, President, and CEO of Summerlin Asset Management is pleased to present Lake Havasu Independent Living in Lake Havasu City, Arizona.

Located along the upper portions of Swanson Avenue, this exciting project for 55 and older seniors offer panoramic views of central Lake Havasu City. It also provides easy access to shopping, health care and massive public activities that take place throughout the year on Main Street.

The partnership blended the expertise between two existing Lake Havasu City anchored businesses Summerlin Asset Management and the Desert Land group. They formed an experienced development team for the execution of this project.

Designed to be one of the tallest building in the area, the facility will offer extensive common amenities and activities for seniors. Preliminary plans for 79 independent rooms will incorporate balconies, an outdoor pool, patio areas, a built-in bistro serving food and beverages for everyone, a full kitchen with an executive chef for formal dining, media room, beauty salon, a fitness center and transport services.
