Heritage Business School Conducts Workshop On Overcoming Negativity At Workplace With Michael A. Potter

Coping up with workplace pressure and delivering your best is very crucial these days. In order to make the students aware about the industry, Heritage Business School recently organized a workshop on Overcoming Negativity and Facilitating Skills at the Workplace with the world renowned HR expert, Micheal A. Potter of MAP international, United Kingdom. The workshop brought into focus topics as effective communication, Problem Solving and relationship skills through a variety of activities as games on communication, logical puzzle solving, SWOT analysis and network building.

Who is Michael Potter?
Michael Potter who is a global expert, consultant and trainer of International Management Development has been training leagues of students and executive across the continents in areas as team building, soft skills, facilitating skills and overcoming negativity, all of which according to this man are properties of a ?true leader?. Appreciating Heritage Business School?s initiative, Mr. Potter expressed the need to inculcate in students better understanding of their personality and also of their immediate environment.
Apart from students from HBS, the event saw active participation of various industrial executives from companies like Spencer?s Group, Vikram Group, Patton Group, Hi-Tech Group, Sarda Ply, Tech Mahindra and more. Interested candidates from other management institutions in Kolkata like IISWBM, Army Institute of Management, Institute of Management Studies, Globsyn Institute of Management, Heritage Institute of Technology, The Heritage Academy and Young Horizon School also attended the event.
