DiVino wine bar and kitchen announces musical nights

3rd October 2016, Gurgaon: When you think of DiVino you think of wine and amazing food. To complement your wine experience Gurgaon?s popular wine destination DiVino for the first time introduced a musical night with popular band of boys ? ?Straight Outs?.

Capt. Saurabh Mahajan, Creator, DiVino, said, ?We at DiVino want to give everyone an easy access to the incredible & fascinating world of wines. And with wine comes good music. We are trying to create a warm atmosphere by creating new experiences for our customers. DiVino would like to host more and more live performances as nothing goes together as beautifully as wine, food and music.?

?It is always nice to perform in front of live audience but it was a refreshing experience at DiVino. They are playing Contemporary, House, Jazz, Country and are welcoming all forms of music. Now Fridays would be exciting and fun here at DiVino.?, said, Straight Outs.

Performing for the first time at DiVino, Soham Mallick on the vocals has been trained in Hindustani classical and Western music. With Saatwik Katiha playing the bass for the last eight years, and Soaham Mandal being a veteran on drums and percussions. The band played some well-known tracks like ?Wordplay? and ?Plug-In-Baby?, which were much appreciated by the crowd. This musical night had it all, wine, food, entertainment and lots of fun.

The man behind DiVino is Capt. Saurabh Mahajan, formerly from the Armoured Corps of the Indian Army took voluntary retirement to start his venture: ?Lord of Battles? in 2005. While travelling for work, Capt. Mahajan who?s a history buff, gastronome and travel enthusiast observed the wine and casual dining trends missing from India. Excited at the opportunity to create something new, Capt. Mahajan visualized DiVino and made this very special place come alive.
DiVino offers a wide array of lip-smacking cuisines from Mediterranean, Italian, Continental, European and French, menu designed by celebrity Chef Sabyasachi Gorai popularly known as Chef Saby.
A large menu with dishes like bacon wrapped chicken, signature hand rolled 12? thin crust pizza with topping of parma ham, cherry tomatoes, olive oil dressed greens and pine nuts. Spicy prawn linguine is a great conversation starter. There is a large variety for vegetarians from baked classic gnocchi to aglio olio peperoncino pasta and the minty pea-stuffed mushroom & asparagus salad.
Last but not the least, DiVino offers a friendly, informed and highly qualified wine sommelier who will guide you in pairing your choice of food with the right wine to enhance your experience.
