Boca Raton, FL., July 24, 2023 ? Stonewall National Museum, Archives and Library have rallied Brandon Wolf, survivor of the 2016 Pulse nightclub in Orlando, and a nationally recognized public speaker and advocate for LGBTQ+ civil rights and gun-safety reform, to virtually speak for their "A Conversation with" Series on July 25th at 6:30pm EDT on Facebook Live and Zoom.

Wolf will be discussing his new book, A Place For Us, a memoir about self-discovery, community, love, and resilience in the face of adversity; along with discussing the night that changed the trajectory of his life. Wolf has used his experience to his advantage, as he has set out to honor the victims' legacies. Wolf became the first Pulse survivor to testify before Congress and he has used his newfound empowerment to spearhead The Dru Project, a nonprofit organization that works to empower youth and provide future leaders across the LGBTQ community.

"Here at Stonewall, we are absolutely thrilled to have one of the most well-known LGBTQ political advocates speak here for us and our local community," says Executive Director for Stonewall, Robert Kesten. "He is a regular in politics, and hopefully he'll be a regular here at Stonewall as well".
