OniBits Partners with Polygon Studios

Trusted by Polygon, OniBits and the team of engineers and designers are proud to announce an official partnership with the newly opened Polygon Studios, cementing OniBits? goal in bringing a fully 360degree multimedia experience unlike any other to the holders of the Polygon minted OniBits NFTs.

As a first step OniBits team have outlined the roadmap to Polygon, which includes the NFT setup itself as well as the Metaverse game that will be built in Sandbox and supported by the Polygon NFTs. Furthermore, OniBits will be one of only a handful of select projects that bring an audio, visual experience combining Japanese culture, Cyberpunk themes and more to users of the NFT.

Users who own one of the NFTs will have exclusive access to the game, a manga comic designed by Shohei Tanachi, (one of the creators) and a soundtrack developed by synth wave artists, with competitions for exclusive physical versions of the comic and soundtrack in the works.

The 8-Bit NFT design itself, encapsulates the retro feel of the 80s, and is inspired by the Japanese Oni masks used in ?Setsubun?! Combining modern themes such as the latest Playstation 5 exclusive: GhostWire Tokyo, the masks themselves will provide users the possible ability to digitise and use the masks in the Sandbox built game once release.

But that?s not all, as the whitelist form is now open, anyone providing their public polygon address, will automatically receive access to our Preview page with a demo of the game, preview comic, translated into six languages, and two exclusive tracks from the soundtrack. What does this mean for Polygon?

We are confident that NFTs have more utility than only artwork! This project not only combines a fun and unique collection of NFT designs, but OniBits is here to champion the cost effect, fast and efficient Polygon chain by providing a gateway for NFT holders into a completely realised universe: ?OniVerse? that is rich in its lore and exciting in its multiple functionality! As per our roadmap we are prepping the launch with multiple marketing/branding efforts with a goal to fully launch sometime by the end of Q2 2022!
