In view of the second wave of the covid-19 pandemic, several states have extended the lockdown. Given the restrictions, Sonalika Tractor Company has extended the primary warranty on its tractors by two months to June 30.
As per information collected from sources, all customers whose primary tractor warranty is expiring during May 1 and June 30 will take an extension of two months from the date of expiry, considering that the pandemic is creating challenges in mobility in the markets.
The company's decision will give maximum relief to those customers who depend on tractors for their everyday living.
Raman Mittal, Executive Director, Sonalika Group, said, "We understand that in these unprecedented times, movement is restricted due to local restrictions and state-wise lockdown. We want to extend the primary warranty period by two months for all our existing customers."
