iFastPCB Initiated Online PCB Quote and Order Taking to Increase Penetration in Offshore Markets

China - iFastPCB, a top Chinese manufacturer of printed circuit boards or PCB, recently announced that their online PCB quote and order taking system is up and running. The owners added that the potential purchasers and purchase managers can now use an online form to specify their requirements as precisely as possible. They said that the idea of launching an online quote system crossed their minds when they started receiving emails and phone calls from potential buyers in overseas markets.
Since we were receiving a lot of phone calls and emails from our overseas patrons and new buyers, we thought we should put the whole thing into a form or something so that potential buyers can easily select from the various options and can make it easier for us to serve them with the right kind of products, said a sales officer.
The website of the company now contains a separate PCB quote section where people can simply fill out a form, upload PCB files they might have with them and send the filled up form directly to the sales representatives of the company. Based on the state requirements, the company now sends out a customized quote to everyone who fills up the form and presses the Quote Now button. The owners said that the idea is to make online ordering more popular among a certain section of buyers, especially among geographically separated buyers who cannot come down to their workshop or office in China.
One can also become a registered member to avail a whole lot of benefits that include online ordering as well. We have tie-ups with some of the best shipping agencies and we are now capable to export our products to different parts of Europe and North America, added the sales officer.
The CEO of the PCB prototyping company also met the press very recently. He said, Our aim is to make ordering and getting quotes more convenient for our overseas buyers. We already have our sales offices in different countries and we will surely streamline the process of buying even more in the near future.
