Calltracks Limited Redesigned Website Launch Imminent

Leading supplier of call tracking services, Calltracks Limited is to launch a redesigned website within the next two weeks. The website will feature video testimonials and how – to guides.

Northampton, UK, August 01, 2012 -- Since 2004 Calltracks Limited have led the way in the field of call tracking, discovering new and better ways to track phone calls which are made to businesses and organisations.

As demand for phone call tracking has grown, and the popularity and success of Calltracks Ltd increases, Stuart Buckley, CEO of the organisation explained why the company decided to re - design their website.

“We decided to redesign the site for a number of reasons. The first was we wanted a Wordpress platform to address the problems we’ve had in editing pages quickly, and we wanted to implement marketing and training videos which we feel would benefit marketers, SEOs, and business owners, keen to learn about call tracking.”

The phone call tracking metric is being analysed by many marketers for marketing channel performance in the same way as click throughs, such is the use of the phone by customers and clients.

A survey by Commscore and WebVisible, Bia/Kelsey ConStat, and Commerce Monitor Wave XIII, revealed 40% of web generated business is closed over the phone, and 65% of the companies who took part in the survey believed a phone enquiry had a far greater chance of conversion than an email or contact form.

Calltacks Limited’s new site will also expand on the other benefits of call tracking such as call data, call recording, staff improvement, sharper customer services, and the fact the software can link phone calls to sales.
