Kids Martial Arts Training

The Muay Thai Orange County has become the norm for parents who want their children to be adept learners of martial arts techniques, both for self protection, and for fun. Well, sports activities that kids are involved in need not be the usual games of football, soccer, basketball, rallying for boys. At the Muay Thai OC training camps, the learner is able to get the gist of handling opponents by using the original and authentic Martial Arts skills associated with the Muay Thai such as kicks, knees, punches and elbow techniques. The instructors here are not strangers to the original Jiu Jitsu movements as they have all been trained in the Thai boxing training camps. Those who have had no experience in martial arts need not be frightened because they are put in small classes where they learn fundamental lessons from the most friendly instructors.

The original Muay Thai techniques that have 8 contact points include punches, knees, elbows, and kicks. These are the lessons the learner gets because there is no room for imitations in the Orange County martial arts classes as they know the negative aspects of trying to pose as experts because it damages reputation. Kick boxing, on the other hand, cannot be mistaken for Muay Thai because it uses only six striking points, namely punches, knees and kicks. Boxing on itself requires the use of two striking points because the person uses the fists to punch the opponent. Most fitness lessons in martial art classes may include the Cardio kick boxing lessons because the learner is required to hit the punching bag for an hour, but no technical facts and movements are needed.

The martial arts Lake Forest does not waste the learnerís time with hitting a bag the whole time or partner drills where the partners help each other to spar by using gloves on the palms. Here, the instructors carry out real Muay Thai training sessions as is done in the Thai boxing camps which are in Thailand. By using one hour lessons, the trainers offer training lessons, which involve; shadow boxing, weight training, skipping rope, footwork, pad work, sparring, clinching, and bag work. These may not be of the same intensity as in the original boxing camps in Thailand but are quite similar in style and techniques. The use of actual Thai pads held by an experienced pad holder is an essential part of the program in order for the learner to attain quick, powerful, and perfect strikes.
