DreamGrip? was awarded for ?Excellence In Innovation? by SME Hong Kong Alliance during SME WORLD EXPO show 3rd December 2016.

The new lightweight aluminum DreamGrip system is the first of its kind to accommodate a range lights, microphones, hoods, and lens sizes, including 17 mm and 37mm threated; and 37 or 52mm filters. With DoF (depth of field) adapter even DSLR Canon or Nikon lenses can be connected. The DreamGrip? patent pending system consist of two grips connected to two parallel cold shoe formed sliders. Inside the frame are placed a universal phone clamp, and unique lens/filter adapter. Both items can be moved along sliders to adjust position depends on different smartphone size and camera placement, so each and every element of the system can be replaced or upgraded later. Thus DreamGrip? can be easily dissembled to a number of light pocket sized parts, and reassembled to form a number of different shapes. So the system can be customized to suit better any particular filming needs.

?These days everyone has the ability to create great visual content with their smartphones but DreamGrip? will empower them to take their art to the next level,? said Brodie Gunning, co-founder of DreamGrip?. We?ve had great response to the product so far and hope to make this an accessible tool for ANYONE who wants to create professional quality photo and video with their smartphone.?

DreamGrip? is a Hong Kong-based company founded by George Denisov, an experienced entrepreneur in the mobile phone accessories industry and Broderick Gunning, a Canadian who has been in the digital content and technology space since 2000. Together, Denisov and Gunning saw an opportunity to develop a smartphone filming system that would give ANYONE the ability to create content and to envision a future where quite simple ANYONE with a smartphone could create a Hollywood movie. DreamGrip? is positioned in Hong Kong to cover its manufacturing, development, and design while its Vancouver, Canada office offers DreamGrip? a direct bridge to the North American market as well as Europe.

DreamGrip? unveiled its prototype earlier this year where it received an overwhelming positive response with substantial interest from a broad range of filmmakers, photographers, industry retailers and global distributors. Since then, the DreamGrip? team has invested in refining the product in preparation for their North American launch on January 5, 2017 at the Global Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas.

To date, select filmmakers have had the opportunity to test out the DreamGrip?. Ozan Biron, an acclaimed Director of automotive television commercials for clients like Pennzoil and BMW, used the DreamGrip. http://www.ozan.ca/Pennzoil-JOYRIDE-Circuit-1

?When I realized the DreamGrip? had a wireless remote and Bluetooth connectivity for any phone, I was sold on it because like the entire DreamGrip? unit, it has addressed and absolutely smashed all the problems of filming with a smartphone and also a DSLR,? said Biron. ?Add their lenses, filters and lighting package you have a pretty Kick Ass rig you can throw your smartphone into and create some really mind blowing content.?

Currently, DreamGrip? is in negotiations with select partners for retail and distribution agreements but for now the company will be limiting sales through crowdfunding. Delivery of the first units are expected for The last week of February or the first week of March 2017.
