Mrs. Maharashtra Beauty Pageant culminates in style and glory

It was a spectacular evening at the Residency Club as we had the crowning of Mrs Maharashtra 2016 on 23rd Oct, 2016. 3 beauties from each category viz regular 20-34 years and classic 35-50 years, were crowned winners. We had registrations from across Maharashtra and 36 contestants were selected as Finalists for this pageant. These stunning women from different cities of Maharashtra walked the ramp gracefully and each of them bagged sub-titles The 6 crowned beauty queens will get a direct entry to Archerz Mrs. India, 2017 as finalists, and this pageant is headed by Mrs. Archana Tomar from Delhi.
The Mayor of Pune, Shri Prashant Dada Jagtap was the Guest of Honor, for the evening. He was felicitated by Trishla Rane CEO and Founder of 4th Dimension Media and Karl Mascarenhas organizer of the event ? Diva Pageants. He addressed the audience by talking about the ways women of today who are independent and self-sufficient have made a mark in the society & on Women transformation. Sajid Shaikh - Jazzmatazz events was awarded with the Pune youth icon by the Pune cultural committee and this award was handed over to him by Prashant Dada Jagtap - The Mayor of Pune.

The beauty pageant was one with a difference, as the idea of this pageant was to celebrate the essence of womanhood and to crown a woman with substance, who can make a difference in the society. The motto of the pageant was beauty with a purpose. In the days leading to the Grand Finale which concluded at the Residency Club, on 23?rd October, the finalists spent time working on a social cause close to their heart.

The Judges for the night were: Mrs India Earth 2016 ? Prineet Grewal, Bharat Rathod owner of Billionaire, Mrs Universe Eurasia 2016 - Rashmi Sachdeva, Grehlaxmi Magazine owner ? Vandana Verma. The other guests at the occasion were Elite Mrs India 1st runner up 2016 - Farah Anwar, Elite Mrs India 2nd runner up 2016 - Suja Krishnan, Elite Mrs Pune 2016 - Mamta Chandani.

The Beauty Queens flaunting some fabulous gowns designed by Bharat Rathod - Billionaire and they looked like the sparkling beauties because of the Make up & Styling done by Neha Chanchlani ? owner of Studio Strands Salon. The participants were given some brilliant fitness tips from Nirupama S - Fitlifestyle.
Anjana Mascarenhas from Diva Pageants groomed the beautiful finalists into stunning beauties along with the Image consultant Pallavi Kaushik ? Elite Mrs.India Style icon to walk like divas and to set the stage on fire with their confident ramp walk and poise.
Laveena ? owner of Rent an Attire, was one of designers for the stunning Traditional wear and Swati Mahule ? The Jewel Box for the magnificent jewelry pieces given to the participants.
