ECAS becomes a boon for CCE Pattern of the CBSE Board

October 10'2015, Pune, Maharashtra: The CBSE Board has introduced the CCE system for students belonging to classes between 6th standard and 10th standard. While this system helps to enhance the students' way of learning, it can be difficult for the teachers to create question papers as well as keep a record of all the test reports. However, with ECAS, the entire system becomes automated.
This software has several features including that of generating question papers for subjective questions, oral examinations as well as MCQ based questions. The question paper generator software is available for teachers who want to create question papers without spending too much time on it.
This system has the facility which teachers can use to assign class work and home work to the students. Students only need to login to their systems to check out the assignments on their dashboard. This system also offers the option of conducting online aptitude tests for students.
Apart from all these, ECAS is best used for recording the test marks in a tabular format. This makes it easy for the teachers to calculate the total marks at the end of the year to analyze the performance of the every student in great detail. Scores that the students achieved in oral exams, group projects, individual assignments, etc. can also be included in these reports.
The examination or test reports are available in different types of formats. The user can either send the reports directly to the students' dashboard or these can be uploaded on the school website.
The CCE system requires lot of evaluation, tests and reports, and doing all these manually can be really time-consuming. However, with ECAS, the entire system becomes automated which not only saves time and effort but also negates the chance of any kind of manual errors.
