a1qa has introduced an for organizations whose testing backlogs are growing faster than their teams can manage. The service uses a limited pilot to show whether AI can increase automation output without expanding permanent headcount.
Frequent software changes create more testing work. When automation cannot keep pace, manual checking increases and release decisions take longer. Recruiting more specialists can add time and fixed costs. The accelerator allows organizations to test a different approach using their current people, tools, and systems.
Each engagement begins with one business-critical area. a1qa reviews the testing backlog, existing automated tests, development process, data, systems, and security requirements. The team then records the starting position and agrees on what the pilot needs to achieve.
During the pilot, AI helps prepare repetitive test code. a1qa engineers review the output, add the required business context, and check that each test works correctly. Completed tests enter the client’s existing development system and run during the normal software delivery process. Only reviewed and working tests count towards the final results.
At the end of the pilot, the organization receives a report comparing the results with the starting position. The report shows how many automated tests were completed, the time required to produce each test, the cost per completed test, the amount of rework required, and the reliability of the results.
This information helps decision-makers judge whether a wider rollout makes financial and operational sense. Expansion begins only after the pilot meets the agreed quality and performance targets. Client code, configuration, and other project materials remain in the client’s own systems.
“AI can help teams prepare automated tests faster. Business value appears when those tests are reliable, affordable to maintain, and useful for release decisions. This accelerator gives organizations measurable evidence from their own software before they invest in broader adoption,” said Mihail Urbanovich, head of testing department at a1qa.
The accelerator supports three common situations. It can help an organization introduce automation for the first time, assess an outdated or unreliable test suite, or increase output from an existing approach that cannot keep pace with software changes.
