Throughout his career, Dara has built sales functions from the ground up, developed high-performing teams, managed regional businesses and worked closely with senior enterprise stakeholders across diverse industries. His experience spans both strategic revenue leadership and hands-on execution, with a particular focus on building scalable sales organizations, developing talent and creating sustainable growth engines.

Elavia brings more than 14 years of people management and leadership experience. He has built and led high-performing sales teams across diverse business environments. His experience spans the EMEA and APAC markets. He has worked across enterprise sales, account expansion and growth strategy.
