WholeClear 11.0 Adds Unified Mail, Contacts, and Calendar Preview to a Single Migration Screen

August 20, 2026 — WholeClear, the email migration and conversion software from WholeClear Software, announced that version 11.0 now lets users preview mail, contacts, and calendar items side by side in one Explorer screen before starting a conversion. The update talks about a common friction point for users migrating full Outlook or Apple Mail profiles, who previously had to depend on different utilities to check each data type before continuing a migration task.

Most desktop conversion tools on the market are built around email alone, leaving contacts and calendar entries as an afterthought or a separate download. WholeClear 11.0's Explorer step folds all three into filterable tabs — All, Mail, Contacts, and Calendar — so users can move between data types without leaving the app or restarting a session.

Explorer View What's New:
• One screen for three data types. Mail, Contacts and Calendar items now load into the same folder tree so users can confirm that everything is accounted for before selecting a destination.

• Filter by category on the fly. The All/Mail/Contacts/Calendar tabs enable users to quickly refine the view without scrolling through a combined list.

• The folder hierarchy is the same for all types. Whatever the original structure – mail folder, contact group, calendar – is preserved to the preview.

• No additional tool is required. Users who have exported contacts or calendar data with a second application can now confirm all three in a single job setup.

• Designed for full profile migrations. This feature is intended for users migrating entire Outlook or Apple Mail profiles (not just mailboxes), where losing a contacts or calendar folder during a migration has historically led to rework.

“In the past, contacts and calendars have been migrated separately from email migration. This means that a user is left juggling two or three applications just to move one mailbox,” said a WholeClear product lead. "The whole idea of getting all three into a single preview screen was to close that gap so people could see exactly what they're about to move, in one place, before anything converts."
