Pune, August 13, 2026: SKF India (Industrial) Limited (NSE: SKFINDUS | BSE: 544572), India’s leading technology and solutions provider of bearings and units, condition monitoring, and services, today announced the appointment of Sujeeth Pai as its Managing Director, effective September 1, 2026, subject to shareholder approval. The appointment was approved by the Nomination Committee and the Board of Directors on August 11, 2026.

In his new role, Sujeeth will lead SKF India (Industrial)’s operations and drive the company’s profitable growth agenda.
