Noida International University Partners with HCL GUVI to Launch Industry-Integrated Data Science and Semiconductor Technology Programmes

Greater Noida, 11 August 2026: Noida International University (NIU) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with HCL GUVI Technologies to strengthen industry-integrated education and prepare students for emerging technology-driven careers. Under the collaboration, three programmes — B.Tech in Data Science, BCA in Data Science, and B.Tech in Semiconductor Technologies — will be offered from the Academic Session 2026-27.
The partnership is aimed at bridging the gap between academic learning and industry requirements by integrating contemporary technology skills, practical exposure, and career-oriented learning into the academic journey. Through this collaboration, students will gain greater exposure to emerging areas of technology while developing skills aligned with evolving industry expectations.

The collaboration comes at a significant time as the admission season for the 2026-27 academic session gets underway. As part of the partnership, HCL GUVI will conduct a series of training sessions for NIU's admission counsellors, enabling them to effectively communicate the value, learning benefits and career outcomes associated with the integrated programmes. Detailed presentations and supporting materials will also be provided to assist counsellors during interactions with prospective students and parents.

The three-programme collaboration marks an expansion of the academic partnership between NIU and HCL GUVI, with a focus on creating stronger pathways between classroom learning and professional opportunities.
