Mumbai, 16 July 2026: Kansai Nerolac Paints Limited, one of the leading paint companies in India, today announced a strategic partnership between its 100% subsidiary, Nerofix Private Limited, and Italy's Durante Adesivi S.p.A., a subsidiary of Soudal Group. The formal agreement was signed by Mr Debashish Vanikar - CEO (Adhesives & Head Construction Chemicals Division Kansai Nerolac Paints Limited) and Mr Digvijay Sharma, MD Soudal India Pvt Ltd. in presence of senior representatives of both companies, reaffirming their shared commitment to innovation, quality, and long-term growth in the Indian market.
