Manila, Phillipines, February 5, 2026 : Hello, I'm Frecelynne, a trusted family travel blog founded in 2013, has officially launched an ambitious mission to visit and document all 82 provinces in the Philippines through the lens of authentic family experiences. With 21 provinces already explored, founder Frecelynne is proving that meaningful travel doesn't require quitting your job or sacrificing family life. "We're slowly exploring all 82 provinces in the Philippines, one place, one story at a time," says Frecelynne, who works full-time as a Marketing Director for an international company while completing her Master's in Marketing Communication. "Our lives are whole, and travel is part of it. Not the center, not the goal, but something we make space for because even the shortest trip can be the start of something meaningful."
What sets Hello I'm Frecelynne apart from other travel blogs is its commitment to tried-and-tested recommendations based on her family experiences, unlike influencer-driven content focused on aesthetics. Every destination and activity featured on the blog has been personally visited by their family (Frecelynne, Dee, and their daughter Audrey).
The Journey So Far
Since 2013, Frecelynne has documented her travels. First as a couple with Dee, then as a family of three when Audrey arrived in 2018. But it was after the pandemic that their family truly shifted focus to exploring the Philippines more intentionally. Now with 21 provinces documented, the blog features detailed itineraries, restaurant reviews, budget breakdowns, and practical tips born from real family experiences.
"When Audrey came along, our travels changed. We began seeing destinations through her eyes, choosing places that are safe, family-friendly, and rich in experiences that matter more than material things," Frecelynne explains. "I don't want just to tick provinces off a list. I want to truly know the people, places, food, and culture that make them special."
Filling a Gap in Philippine Travel Content
While the Philippines has numerous travel blogs focused on budget backpacking or luxury solo adventures, Hello I'm Frecelynne addresses a growing need for authentic, family-focused travel content that balances practical realities with cultural appreciation.
"Filipino families want to travel, but planning can be stressful and time-consuming," says Frecelynne. "Parents worry about destinations not being kid-appropriate, or how to balance budget with quality experiences. That's the gap I'm filling — with guides from someone who's actually doing this with a full-time job, a child in school, and real-life constraints."
A Realistic Timeline with Purpose
Unlike travel influencers who visit destinations for 24-hour content creation, Hello I'm Frecelynne takes a more intentional approach. The family typically travels 3-6 times per year, timing trips around school breaks, work schedules, and opportunities for genuine cultural immersion.
"We're not rushing this," Frecelynne notes. "Some provinces take longer to explore properly. Heritage sites, museums, and local festivals — these deserve time and attention. We want every recommendation to be something readers can actually trust and replicate."
What's Next
With 21 provinces documented and 61 remaining, Hello I'm Frecelynne plans to continue its methodical journey across the archipelago. Upcoming content will include seasonal guides, in-depth cultural explorations, and collaborations with provincial tourism boards committed to authentic storytelling.
The blog also aims to build a community of Filipino families and couples who travel with curiosity, intention, and respect for local culture. Readers can follow the journey at helloimfrecelynne.com and connect via email at helloimfrecelynne@gmail.com.
