New Delhi, November 26 2025 - Eros Innovation announces the completion of USD 150 million in capital and strategic transactions, further strengthening its position as a USD 2-billion valued, zero-debt, AI-driven global media and entertainment platform.

The expansion includes a USD 50 million primary investment, led by Plenitude Capital, advised by Greenback Capital at the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC), and approximately USD 100 million in content and technology acquisitions. The new capital will accelerate the company's investments in AI compute infrastructure, immersive content formats, and large-scale creative technologies.
