Avtodom Group closed the deal to acquire the Russian assets of Mercedes-Benz

April 25, 2023 Avtodom group of companies announced the closing of a deal to acquire the Russian assets of Mercedes-Benz.
The holding informs about the completion of the final stage of the transaction of the transfer of shares of Mercedes-Benz AG in the Russian subsidiaries to Avtodom JSC, including Mercedes-Benz Rus JSC (official distributor in the Russian Federation), Mercedes-Benz Manufacturing Rus LLC (a car plant near Moscow), Mercedes-Benz Bank Rus LLC, Mercedes-Benz Financial Services Rus LLC (leasing subsidiary) and Mercedes-Benz Capital Rus LLC (engaged in leasing, factoring and car insurance).
Avtodom Group received the right to carry out maintenance of Mercedes-Benz cars sold on the Russian market. Also, provide warranty and post-warranty support, resume the work of Russian companies and ship spare parts from the central warehouse.
