Kingston Technology Company Inc. has recently announced the Server Premier DDR5 with capacities ranging from 16GB, 32GB, and 64GB with a data transfer speed of 4800MT/s Registered DIMMs that can be used with 4th Gen Intel Xeon Scalable Processor (formerly called Sapphire Rapids).

Premier DDR5 and 4th Gen Intel Xeon Scalable Processor
Intel's 4th Gen Scalable processors are the first to support the next-generation DDR5 Server Memory; this memory module features eight memory channels with two DIMMs per channel or 16 DIMMs per CPU socket. Further, this DDR5 comes with fast data transfer speed ranging up to 4800MT/s with a high bandwidth of 38.4GB/s that can further be increased when configured with multi-channels. Moreover, the DDR5 Registered DIMM also comprises more advanced features such as on-die ECC (ODECC), enhanced refreshes, power management circuit (PMIC), double the number of banks and double the burst length, dual independent 32-bit subchannels (40-bit for ECC), and additional temperature sensors, decision feedback equalization (DFE) that ensures reliability and efficiency.
