"This is an exciting time for children everywhere as Abella shares her message of peace and goodwill worldwide," said Zane Carson Carruth who created Abella, the world's first tooth fairy. "It's an honor for her to fly around wearing her beautiful crown that stands for uniting and encouraging all to get along and enjoy each day together," she added.

Ms. International World is not just based on beauty and fashion, but the "Drive to Find True Beauty with Purpose" as all of the models work hard mentoring, providing community service, charity support and inspiring public speaking.

"I felt Abella's innocence and how she puts a smile on children's faces made her the ideal Ambassador for our organization," said Angela Posillico, founder and CEO of Ms. International World Organization. "Bringing children into our fan base really creates a runway for all who want to be shining stars that touch so many lives," added Posillico.

Abella has a long history of community service from donating her books to children in the Ukraine, to hospitals and many charities over the years, this was a natural selection.

From the red carpet with her crown, Abella has been busy talking with producers and networks about her latest project to showcase children and family-friendly products just as bloggers do, only with a child and alongside the first Animated Tooth Fairy Influencer! Carson Productions pilot for "Abella's First Tooth," a series with a fully-stacked, award-winning team to create a twofold pilot, takes flight with those powerful little wings!

"The pilot is complete and we can't wait for the media to see our mighty little, superheroine Abella in action," said Carruth. "The product we chose for the pilot is perfect and everyone's thrilled with the storyline and pilot!," she added.

Carruth is President of Carson Productions, LLC which released the pilot, Abella's First Tooth, and ZTC Music, LLC, along with Abella's Theme "Winging It."
