Booth & Partners (B&P) is Climate Neutral Certified. It?s one of the hundreds of companies that have pledged their allegiance to be a leader in fighting climate change. The company has created staffing solutions and a carbon-neutral approach to reduce carbon emissions.
Climate change is the single biggest threat to humanity. To prevent the situation from worsening, communities must now act to resolve the issue. Not in 2030 or 2050, but NOW.
By being labeled Climate Neutral, B&P must do everything it can to contribute to a cleaner environment. The process is arduous and involves measuring, reducing, and offsetting its entire carbon footprint. B&P must repeat this process every year as it?s part of the responsibility of a Climate Neutral company.
Taking It Back to 2021
B&P was introduced to Climate Neutral by one of its clients, Peter Dering of Peak Design, the co-founder of Climate Neutral. In the past year, the company continued its efforts to help reduce its carbon footprint, focusing on specific tasks, such as:
- Converting all office lighting to LED to save energy
- Allowing the work-from-home setup to reduce transport emissions
- Working together with environmental organizations
- Reducing single-use plastic materials
- Conserving energy
- Engaging in active communication about sustainability
