Encino, CA (November 10, 2021) ? Encino Hospital Medical Center, a member of Prime Healthcare Foundation, received an ?A? grade in the Fall 2021 Leapfrog Hospital Safety Grade, a national distinction recognizing Encino Hospital Medical?s achievements in protecting patients from errors, injuries, accidents and infections.

This is the very first that Encino Hospital Medical Center has been awarded an ?A? grade by The Leapfrog Group, a true testament to their dedication to safe high-quality, and excellent patient care and best practices in place for exceptional outcomes.
