Seasia Infotech conducted a 3-days event for its Senior Managers at Parwanoo from 12 to 14 November 2021. The aim of the event was to brainstorm and come up with innovative solutions for business problems, set new goals, and appreciate the ones who have shown extraordinary performance in the year.
As a part of this, the management planned a host of activities that extended across three days focused on creative expression, empowerment, enlightenment, and entertainment. From treasure hunts, stimulation activities, sightseeing, to appreciation speeches, Seasia HR Teams ensured that all attendees had a great gala time.
This one-of-a-kind SEM meetup help senior management focus concretely on ?Designing and Redefining client and employee engagement model. As a part of loyalty and appreciation program, Seasia management presented brand new car to Mr. Ishaan Gogna, Senior Delivery Manager. His happiness knew no boundaries, as his name turned out to be surprise announcement for entire Seasia fraternity.
Department heads came up with insights and suggestions that would help the company to revamp the outreach and delivery model. In addition to that, special emphasis was given on ideas for the betterment of relationship delivery.

In-Depth Evaluation
Time to time evaluation is crucial for any business, and with this view in mind, two types of evaluations were done. The very first evaluation was inter-department since each department has its own approaches of execution and planning projects, and it's even more vital to examine them from time to time. All departments were given a rating based on their performances with the same goal in mind. To keep the positive vibes going, the great aspects of each area were highlighted, as well as how others may benefit from them.
The second type of evaluation was Client and Project evaluations. Seasia has many projects in its kitty, and out of so many projects, the team that had the highest positive reviews from clients bagged ?Award of the Year 2021?.
New and Improved Methods to Engage Clients
Although Seasia has been immensely successful in engaging clients since its inception, it has been decided that new and improved methods of client engagement are need of the hour. Brainstorming sessions were done to come up with innovative ideas. Presentations by department heads help showcase a different approach that can be incorporated along with the ongoing techniques to ensure clients have the best experience with the organization.
Different Problems Require Different Solutions
One size fits all is a myth; that's why senior executives decided to step up their game and come up with unique solutions to the problems that they have faced this year. A special session was conducted by all senior executives to share presentations on common problems that are faced in project management, and their corresponding solutions were also shared with all.
Rewards and Appreciation
Rewards and appreciation were given to members who have shown remarkable and exceptional achievements in the year. In addition to that, the Seasians who have gone out of their ways to help the company and hit the goal and revenue for this year were especially rewarded.
Attendees were thrilled with the decisions taken in the meet. The meet came to an end on 14 November 2021. The closing ceremony was filled with fun and laughter, and senior executives showed their hidden talents of singing, mimicry, and dancing.
