Homes247.in to expand its full-fledged operations to Hyderabad & Chennai

In a bid to expand its operations full-fledged, online real estate portal Homes247.in has been on an aggressive expansion spree of late. The company recently announced its upcoming launch in Hyderabad and Chennai as well, as a part of the same. In order to further strengthen their presence within the industry, they aim to meet more customers with their proptech portal.

Homes247.in is currently headquartered in Bangalore and aims to reach at least one million property listings across all their city-specific portals with this expansion. Though active in the digital space with verified listings and a leading leads generator for the metro cities across the country, Homes247.in will be seen now fully expanding its operations to the big names of the south.

Mr Priyatham Kumar, the CEO of Homes247.in has stated that though having a considerable digital presence in the realty sectors of these two cities, the plans to create fully functional branches of the same will only be materialized sometime between the last quarter of 2022 to 2023, as the firm now looks to expand its current technological resources especially in product development.

However, the move has already been made according to certain sources in Hyderabad, and there also have been reports of the firm scouting commercial bases in Trivandrum, Kerala as well.

Apart from offering proptech solutions through their portals, the company believes in fulfilling clients' needs through SaaS tools and a dedicated support team. They offer a complete proptech solution to the clients which includes real estate property search, analytics, lead generation for realtors/agents/builders among others. All these tools help their customers in improving their business efficiency and expand their reach respectively.
