India’s largest handmade rug company announces its First Shop-In-Shop in New Delhi

Spread over a 3,500+ sq. ft. area, the Art Livings showroom is a sanctuary of Indian traditions and modern aesthetics blending together. With designer clothing, unique silver furnishing, and handcrafted designer rugs, this is a one-stop-shop for the sumptuous souls.

Fashion Designer, Ms Anju Modi added, ?I was very excited about the opportunity to create designs for a different surface with Obeetee. It was a chance for me to create a new vocabulary with my designs in an innovative new space. Creating our new collection inspired by Indian Miniature paintings was a challenging yet pleasant task. It was a wonderful way for me to combine my design perspective with the expertise of over a 100 years from Obeetee carpets, and create products that tell a unique tale ? a tale of timeless craftsmanship and heritage textiles, knotted into a rich tapestry. Join us for the launch of our new collaborative collection and experience a holistic amalgamation of homes and fashion. Couture and carpets with rich interiors and furniture.?

Talking about the collaboration, Mr Rajiv Goyal, Founder & CEO, Art Livings quipped, ?During the pandemic while the world was undergoing crises and closing down, we at Art Livings decided to go in a positive direction. The concept of Art Livings has always been to design a life that is not only good, but also responsible. We practice and propagate seamless living with luxurious objects that are also sustainable. Mrs. Modi and Art Livings started a unique and perhaps first of its kind space in an industrial area, where people could visit, browse and seep in the luxurious atmosphere over a good cup of coffee with no obligation of buying. This space has gained great momentum and it encouraged us to invite a larger brand practicing artisans? craft, OBEETEE, to join hands to create a collaborative space celebrating their carpets in sync with our design sensibilities. These will be marketed under a collaborative brand of OBEETEE and Art Livings.?

The Shop-in-Shop launch event, which is slated to take place on October 7, 2021, will display OBEETEE?s couture collections on Art Livings? palatial grounds to give buyers a glimpse into how OBEETEE can elevate their homes. The collection ranges from Rs. 3,200 psf - Rs. 9,000 psf. The showroom is located at B-66, Okhla Industrial Area, Phase I, New Delhi - 110020.
