Valiant Eagle, Inc (OTC Pink: PSRU) is pleased to announce that after a series of extensive negotiations, our subsidiary, Providence Film Group, Inc., has acquired the full rights to 12 famous movies, including remake/reboot rights. The list includes one of Bruce Lee?s most classic movies, ?Fists of Fury? as well as Wes Craven?s, ?Swamp Thing?.

? Adios Amigos (1976):
Adios Amigo is an American comedy-western film written, produced and directed by Fred Williamson, who also stars in the lead role. The film co-stars Richard Pryor and James Brown.

? Swamp Thing (1982):
Swamp Thing is a 1982 American superhero horror film written and directed by Wes Craven, based on the Vertigo/DC Comics character of the same name created by Len Wein and Bernie Wrightson. It tells the story of scientist Alec Holland (Ray Wise) who becomes transformed into the monster the Swamp Thing (Dick Durock) through laboratory sabotage orchestrated by the evil Anton Arcane (Louis Jourdan). Later, he helps a woman named Alice Cable (Adrienne Barbeau) and battles the man responsible for it all, the ruthless Arcane.
