1.) Play a Sport

Getting nostalgic is a great way to sneak in some laughs (or tears) while reminiscing on the stories behind old photos, letters or videos. This might also be a good time to organize your keepsakes while you’re at it.

10.) Take a Power Nap

At times, you may just be bored because your batteries need to be recharged. A good way to reinvigorate your system is to take a nap. A post-bath nap will be the ultimate relaxation combo and you’ll be drifting off in no time.
