With the approach of the New Year 2021, aspirants in Rajasthan are gearing up for the upcoming Rajasthan State and Subordinate Competitive Exam. It is popularly known as the RAS exam and is modelled on the lines of the IAS examination. The Rajasthan Public Service Commission (RPSC) will be responsible for conducting the exam.
Services under RPSC’s RAS exam include Planning Service, Women, and Child Development, Social Welfare, Rural Development, to name a few. Applications for this exam will be accepted in online mode. The application procedure for the RPSC exam usually begins in April every year. The exams are supposed to be held in August. However, due to the outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic across the country, RPSC 2020 exam interviews are delayed. This may result in a delay of the exam in 2021.

Application for RPSC exam 2021 will be accepted in online mode only. Aspirants need to login to the official website of the Commission to apply. The application procedure is a 3-step process, elaborated below.

RPSC 2021 Hall Ticket can be expected to be released at least 15 days before the exam. Official notification will be announced for the same. The preliminary exam will be of 100 marks with objective type questions. Qualifying in prelims will mean that the candidate can appear for the Mains exam, and after that, for the interview round. So, to ensure a place in the Rajasthan Administrative Services, students have to start early and work hard.
