The challenges that the HR community has faced in the last eight months or more have been unprecedented. This year is also the year of giving, of acknowledging what we have and for appreciating going above and beyond. And with the 2020 awards nominations where we had more than 150 organizations nominated, one thing was clear the spotlight on “human” in the human resources function. Our award winners, which are leading organizations from across GCC have shown exemplary initiatives of putting people first and proved their perseverance and resilience to manage people through the challenging times and prepare for the future.”
