Integrative Family Medicine is pleased to announce they are now accepting patients for virtual or phone appointments. These appointments are open to both current patients and those who are interested in becoming a member.
Individuals who are already members of Integrative Family Medicine can visit the patient portal in order to request an appointment time to talk to a medical provider either virtually or by phone. Those who have purchased a membership but have not yet been seen can also book their first appointment to be conducted remotely. Finally, those who may be interested in becoming a member of Integrative Family Medicine may book a consultation for the low cost of $90. Should the individual choose to join the team after this consultation, the $80 join fee will be waived.
A membership with Integrative Family Medicine provides individuals with access to primary care services, along with reduced fee labs, tests and nutritional counseling to establish a healthier lifestyle. With the availability of appointments completed virtually or by phone, the service continues to help their patients, despite the current outbreak.
