Advanced Senior Solutions is proud to announce Angela Dryden, RN and Certified Life Care Planner, has headed to New York City in order to help the city in their fight against Covid-19. Dryden felt the call to help provide care to patients in this area of the country because they have experienced a greater impact than many other areas.

Many of the hospitals in New York City are struggling under the large number of Covid-19 cases that have resulted in a need for hospitalization. Not only is the city understaffed by nurses and medical professionals qualified to help with this outbreak, but the ones who are working are overworked and exhausted. With the help of nurses from across the country, including Dryden, they will be able to get the relief they need and continue to provide the high quality of care these patients need and deserve.

When asked why she was going and whether she had family in or other connections to New York City, Dryden responded, "I have no family in NYC but since our Tampa Bay area has not been affected as much as other parts of the country and our team of Nurse and Life Care Managers are more than willing to see my clients while I'm away, I want to pitch in where I'm needed the most and that's NYC."

Upon her return to the Clearwater area once the work is done, Dryden will enter a voluntary two-week quarantine so she will gain confidence she hasn?t become infected and won?t put her coworkers and local clients at risk for infection.
