Bulat Sarsenbayev Patron to Indo Kazakhstan Film And Cultural Forum

New Delhi; H.E. Bulat Sarsenbayev Ambassador of Kazakhstan to India, Government of Kazakhstan has been presented with Patronship of newly formed Indo Kazakhstan Film And Cultural Forum.

H.E. Bulat Sarsenbayev Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of the Republic of Kazakhstan to the Republic of India completed his education from Pedagogical Institute of Foreign Languages in Almaty city, Faculty of English Language, Later he completed his LLM from London University.

After heading most important organizations in the country and diplomatic assignments in important countries Mr. Bulat was also The Charge de?Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan to the Hellenic Republic.

Then he was nominated as The Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of the Republic of Kazakhstan to the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.with concurrent accreditation to the Republic of Iraq. He was again nominated Ambassador to the Lebanese Republic (non-resident) with concurrent accreditation to the State of Palestine.

Since 2014 The Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of the Republic of Kazakhstan to the Republic of India with concurrent accreditation to the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka
