'Positive Parenting' was part of Future's wellness program, and was open to all employees of Future Electronics, Future Lighting Solutions, and Convergia.

The seminar began with an introduction to the philosophy of positive discipline, and explored strategies for setting clear limits and realistic expectations for both children and parents.

Participants learned how to communicate more effectively and to adapt their approaches to a child's individual needs, as well as different approaches to manage common behavior problems. They also had the opportunity to share helpful parenting tips and experiences from their own lives.
