Interior Design boutique powerhouse, Design Haus by Mahsa has announced its latest project contract for Motorino Pizzeria in Dubai, UAE

Specialized in providing services in Interior Design, F&B Design Consultancy, FF&E, Site Supervision, Project Coordination, Brand Guidelines, and Furniture Design; with full understanding in Project Management, Hygiene, Fire and Construction licensing the Company has completed projects in the UK and Ireland, Australia, as well as its base in Dubai.

This new project will have a concept of design that will be centered around creating a theme that will be reflective of an affordable warm and welcoming lifestyle restaurant, inspired by incorporating traditional aspects of the Italian area of Naples in a family friendly Middle Eastern setting.

Featuring an indoor and Al Fresco setting the restaurant covers a total area of 310 square meters, inclusive of a comfortable cocktail bar and restaurant serving your favourite antipasto and fantastic Naples style pizza.

The interior of the vibrant restaurant will feature rustic designs and d?cor that will appeal to the culinary and optometric senses of guests. The brick-layered open kitchen will display a wood fired pizza oven with slightly raw finishes.
Acoustics is also factored in the design with specific materials used to ensure clarity. A distinctive hand painted wall mural by a local artist will be sighted immediately guests walk into the restaurant.
To live up to its characteristic elegance and vibrancy, the outdoor of the restaurant will have a cocktail bar with a leisure-kind design and inspired by minimalism.

According to Founder Mahsa Gholizadeh, ?We?ve blended all the elements of Interior Design beautifully to create a functional and aesthetic debonair look with a rustic feel. Design Haus by Mahsa will use lighting as a mood setting element balancing the dark and vibrant; finishing textures and patterns that will come to life proportionally in a stylish yet functional way. We have also factored in environmentally sustainability, and incorporated green designs, natural lighting and best practices to ensure a satisfactory delivery of this project.?
