The main agenda of the seminar is about the 10 Steps for successful buying and selling homes, and will be exclusive for consumers only. This program aims to educate consumers about the home purchase and selling processes, especially for first-time home buyers and sellers. With the situation that Kathleen shared clearly shows the importance of carefully selecting an agent to work with. The host said, To have a good agent, start with getting information and making actions. It is vital for the consumers to interview agents, so they will know of the agents are going to serve their best interest or not. If not, the consumers will only end up in a tough situation.
