Couture Tailoring Presentation by INIFD Ahmedabad’s Fashion Designing Students

iNIFD Ahmedabad ? a premiere and leading Fashion and Interior Design Institute of India showcased splendid Couture Garments designed by Third Year Fashion Designing students. Not only did they designed them but they also displayed with a Ramp Walk. The iNIFD Ahmedabad third year students designed these stylish garments especially for the New Year Celebration. While they bid adieu to 2019, they welcomed 2020 with a swag and style with their new Couture garments.

Couture garments are some of the most beautiful clothes one can possibly imagine. The attention to every detail is very overwhelming. Couture tailoring essentially refers to anything that has been designed and sewn as per an individual?s specifications and measurements.

?The Couture Tailoring Course is for people who are experienced in sewing, who want to learn the maximum form of fashion. It is a practical course that focuses on the production of high-quality couture garments and it will provide the unique skills needed for couture tailoring?, said Meeta Panchal ? Fashion Design Faculty.

?Students of Third Year from iNIFD Gurukul Ahmedabad presented their Couture Garments like variation of corsets, cocktail dresses, ready-to-wear garments using stunning fabrics in range of beautiful colors. They have mainly used fabrics like velvet, corduroy, organza, net, denim, jute, lace, etc. to make these garments. They have learned what is the connection between form and construction during this process. And they also did amazing styling with dazzling divas?, she further added.
