Orientation of The New Session Noida International University

New Delhi 30th August, 2012:- Noida International University (NIU) Organized an orientation ceremony for its 2012 batches. Students joined NIU on 30th of August 2012, after the initial registration – with the “Havan” they sought the blessings of God almighty. The Chief guest was Dr. D.P .Singh “Chairman of Delhi school of Professional Studies and Research .

Keeping students in focus, Arvind Kumar Singh Chancellor of Noida International University emphasized that NIU makes all efforts to help the students diagnose, analyze and become equipped for the corporate world. Welcoming the new batch of students he also stressed that while the institute will do all in its capacity, the students must endeavour to put their best and be ready to put in atleast 2 hours of study for every one hour of lecture.

Dr D.P .Singh “Chairman of Delhi school of professional studies and research ,, recognized as perhaps one of the most powerful human resource professionals in the country today, he highlighted the most distinguishing traits of a good employee. He shared that a company today looks for dreamers and achievers. People who can “dirty their hands” when required and who can assimilate and deliver fast and with accuracy. More importantly, he urged the students to believe in themselves and appreciate that being meticulous, is a skill that needs to be practiced from day one.

Head of the Department Mass communication Mr Jaycey Vikram stressed on management education as holistic education and the threshold to success in life and career and importance of experiential learning and mentoring. He encouraged students to start working from day one and benefit from every activity of the institute.
