Panthera Group Acquires Thailand Tatler Best restaurant: Birds Rotisserie.

Bangkok, Thailand ? Continuing with its planned expansion the restaurant and nightclub owner Panthera Group Thailand has recently acquired popular Bangkok chain Birds Rotisserie.

Birds Rotisserie, has become a hip go-to venue for foreigners and young Thais wanting to sample the now legendary rotisserie grilled chicken.

When asked, Chef Jeremy Tourret claims that the secret to their success is locally sourced free-range chicken and of course French expertise when it comes to their unique rotisserie cooking.

The restaurant picked up a prestigious Thailand Tatler best restaurant award in 2018 for exceptional cuisine and service and BK Magazine has given it a coveted four stars.

There are currently two locations in Bangkok, Soi Amon and the Commons on Thonglor Soi 17.

Paul Hayward, co-founder of the Panthera Group when asked for comment said ?the group was very happy with the acquisition and the company had plans to roll out multiple outlets for the popular eatery in near future?.
