Gurugram, October 11, 2018:-In what is being considered as a historic deal in the co-working domain, GoWork, India?s largest collaborative co-working ecosystem has recently acquired leading food-tech start-up Foodpanda as a client. Currently, Foodpanda has taken up 2000 seats in GoWork?s 108 Udyog Vihar, Gurugram campus under the ?built to suit? enterprise format, with expansion plans of up to 4000 seats. This is the highest number of seats that have been occupied by any organization in a co-working space all over India.

As per a recent JLL report, the demand of co-working industry is on a rise. With data stating that the market size of 12-16 MN seats, the shared office spaces is expected to attract $400 MN this year, the report stated. Parallel to this, GoWork in its recent announcement, disclosed its plans to raise $200mn from PE investors during its next funding. It further mentioned that the funds acquired will be used to realize its massive expansion plans, which includes launching at least 50 campuses across the country in the next 5 years.

Commenting on the deal, Sudeep Singh, Chief Evangelist and CEO, GoWork said, ?Foodpanda is one of the most recognized, and trusted brands in the food-tech start-up eco-system, and having it onboard as a client gives a robust boost to our brand?s value proposition. Furthermore, the fact that the brand has opted to take up 2000 seats in what is the biggest deal ever in the co-working domain, underlines the trust we have been able to build through offering quality services at affordable rates. GoWork?s spaces are equipped with diverse amenities such as gym, spa, food court, innovative and unique ?frustration/meditation? zones, in-house brewery, cr?che, sleeping pods and a range of other facilities which cater perfectly to the preferences of the modern professional. This has helped us resonate well among new-age brands and organizations, who are joining the co-working bandwagon with GoWork and transforming the way new India works!?

The Foodpanda and GoWork deal was brokered by Mr. Manish Beniwal, co-founder of Dhara Realtech Pvt. Ltd., who has been a long-standing partner of GoWork. With India?s leading business houses such as Paytm, Zomato, Cox & Kings already a part of GoWork?s rapidly expanding clientele, Foodpanda?s inclusion has further strengthened its position as a premium player in India?s rapidly growing co-working industry.

Elaborating on his professional experience with GoWork, Mr. Manish Beniwal said, ?GoWork has become arguably the most value-for-worth space provider in the highly competitive Indian co-working market. It provides a wide range of services, top-quality round-the-clock utility and aesthetically designed, huge spaces where every professional would look forward to work. Due to its unique ownership model, it is able to offer the best prices to its clients along with adequate customization opportunities for organizations to use the space in a way that is most conducive to their operations.?

GoWork has developed an ecosystem synonymous with the millennial generation. Earlier this month, the brand introduced its ?premium floor? on the 7th level of the building, which offers an unparalleled work experience for the brand?s top clients. The floor is equipped with signature built-to-suite offices and an exclusive bar lounge for the employees to unwind over a few drinks!
