Microsoft has announced that it will no longer push notifications for Windows 7, Windows 8 phones. According to the sources, they are ending support for all push notification for Windows 7.5 and Windows 8.0 devices. Moreover, Windows 7.5 and Windows 8.0 have extended to their end dates of support, thus the service will be finished over the time. This simply means if you are having Windows 7.6 or Windows 8.0, then you may no longer get software updates notifications.
