About JBC Machine: JBC Machine is a family-owned custom machine shop that started in 1985 with a single employee operating a manual lathe. In 1991, they moved from a rented garage space and became the first to occupy a space in Hortonville Industrial Park. By 1998, they had doubled their facility size and once again increased the size of their facility in 2007. In 2013, JBC had to add a second shift which now has five machinists. They currently employ 14 machinists, six of whom are journeymen machinists and seven of whom have been with the company for at least 15 years.
